Try before you buy

Please download the free 30-day trial and make sure the software meets your needs before purchasing. Trials have some limits: AViCAD trial prints carry a watermark, Mech-Q shows a trial reminder, and Plate ‘n’ Sheet restricts features such as exporting and dimensioning. If you need help during your trial, please contact us by email or phone.

Refunds

Software purchases are non-refundable. This applies to perpetual licenses, upgrades, add-ons (including Flex Licensing) and subscription payments already made.

Subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly)

AViCAD and Mech-Q are available as Monthly or Yearly subscriptions. Plate ‘n’ Sheet is sold as a perpetual license only.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account. Please cancel at least two business days before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. When a subscription ends, the software stops working.

You can switch from Monthly to Yearly or Perpetual, or from Yearly to Monthly, at the end of your term. A perpetual license can’t be converted to a subscription.

Purchase orders are not accepted for subscriptions.

License delivery

Each order is verified before the license key is issued. Keys are usually emailed within a few hours, on the same business day.

License use

Each software license is for a single user. A Flex License, available as an add-on for AViCAD perpetual licenses, allows one license to be shared between computers or users, one at a time. If multiple users are required, please ask us for a quote or for more information about network licensing.

Warranties & Liabilities

No express warranties are made by CADavenue in respect to the software. Within the confines of the law, ASVIC disclaims any expressed or implied warranties specific to the condition and suitability of the software for a particular role that would otherwise be reserved by law to this Agreement.

CADavenue does not warrant that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will CADavenue be liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, unique or resultant, including: loss of data, lost profits, or originating in any kind from the use or inability to use the software or in respect to the software’s use in accordance with the law.

Agreement

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these terms and this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read and fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not place an order with us at this time.
