Warranties & Liabilities
No express warranties are made by CADavenue in respect to the software. Within the confines of the law, ASVIC disclaims any expressed or implied warranties specific to the condition and suitability of the software for a particular role that would otherwise be reserved by law to this Agreement.
CADavenue does not warrant that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will CADavenue be liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, unique or resultant, including: loss of data, lost profits, or originating in any kind from the use or inability to use the software or in respect to the software’s use in accordance with the law.
Terms for EasyPay (pay-as-you-go)
By signing up for EasyPay you agree that you are responsible for any charges already incurred during your subscription. Payments already made are non refundable.
Your first payment begins after checkout. You are paying for one full month in advance.
Thereafter you will be re-billed every 30 days until cancellation. After 12 months of service you have the option to purchase our software (at a discounted rate) or continue on with the subscription.
With EasyPay there are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. If you wish to cancel just log into your account and cancel your subscription to our service or contact us in writing via email and future payments will be stopped. At this point the software will stop working and we require that you uninstall our software from all your computers.
Terms for OnePay (and all other software)
Please make sure you download the TRIAL version of our products to make sure that the software meets your needs before buying.
Mech-Q and AViCAD are fully-functional during the trial period. The free trial period allows you to fully evaluate our products before you make your final purchase decision.
If you need assistance during your trial period, please contact our support staff either via email or by phone. Software download purchases are non-refundable.
Other software products on this site also have similar limited trials. If you have questions about these trials please contact us.
Each software license is for a single user. If multiple users are required, please ask us for a quote or for more information about network licensing.
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
