We offer a restricted download with some features disabled. If you would rather try AViCAD without signing up, it’s no problem. Feel free to download it here. You can always convert it later to a paid plan by contacting us.

The Perpetual option allows you to own your own copy of our software. With our Perpetual license, you’ll receive free minor updates for 1 year, such as bug fixes and modifications.
You also have the option to extend your maintenance before the one-year period ends to receive major upgrades.
Every year, we release a major upgrade to AViCAD (e.g., from AViCAD 2025 to AViCAD 2026).
Major updates are available annually for a small fee (around $350), but this is optional, and you can continue using your older version if you choose not to upgrade.
After you make your payment, you can download AViCAD right away. You can use AViCAD in demo mode while we arrange your registration. Please allow 1-3 hours for your registration info to arrive.
If you need to cancel a Monthly or Yearly plan, simply log into your account, and you will not be charged for any future payments. You can also contact us at any time to cancel your account.
Yes, with our Monthly or Yearly plans, you can upgrade the software or update to a major release at no extra cost anytime during your subscription. With a Perpetual license, you can upgrade to major releases for a small fee but have 12 months to update bug/maintenance releases after ordering. See the “I Want To Own” tab above.
If you are the same user and need to load it on an off-site laptop, for example, you can use your key twice. If you need additional licenses, let us know, and we can offer you a discount. We also offer a network version for larger offices. Contact us for more.
Yes, you can upgrade your monthly plan or cancel and purchase a perpetual license, for example. Please contact us if you want to downgrade from a Yearly to a Monthly at the end of your Yearly term.
