We’ll start with a simple 2D drawing and work through the basic steps needed to create a 3D solid. You’ll see how common CAD tools such as EXTRUDE, ROTATE3D, SUBTRACT and more to build a 3D pipe saddle part from simple 2D geometry.
This video is designed for anyone getting started with 3D CAD, especially if you’ve primarily worked with 2D drawings and want to understand how the transition to 3D works.
