Trim Pipe to Pipe or Vessel -Pipe to Tank in 3D, works with any other 3D solids.
In this video instead of using a pipe tee I show you how to intersect 2 pieces of pipe in 3D.
First convert solids to trim to into a surface. And the way you do that. You just type in. CONVTOSURFACE (let AutoCAD pre-populate that for you). And then select the surface to trim to.
Last step is to do the slice command. Now select the piece to trim, this doesn’t have to be a surface. It can be a solid. Then keep both sides and erase the side you don’t need.
